Old villagers

My idea is to nerf the villagers since they are quite op with the theme of enchanted books etc. But how do we nerf them? easy! let's just add retirement. Basically my idea is that the more time passes (minecraft days) there will be a moment in which the villager retires from his job, removing the possibility of trading with him. I know that this would break the farms and the slavery of the villagers but I think that this way you learn to use your game time better and also makes the enchantment table regain a bit of prominence and also gives a more real and unique touch to Minecraft.

    if it is a LONG time, than I would like to see that, in addition to a new generation of villagers taking over as a village is forced to grow. However, I do  not think villager trading is OP, seeing as you don't exactly get to choose the trades. (or the specific enchanted book)
