Pouring\dumping water with a water bucket!

In my opinion, you should be able to pour water. If you are not looking at a block while holding a water bucket, then when you right click it will pour the water. Water particles appear and the water falls to the ground and forms a source block. This is useful if for example you want to get down a ravine. You can pour the water and it will fall to the bottom. Then, jump in the water. If you are looking at a block holding a water bucket, you just place the water as normal.

    I like this idea, but to my knowledge you can't not look at the block you're placing water on.
