A Nearly Impossible Way to Mine Bedrock

A new enchantment on a Netherite pickaxe that also has Silk Touch, Unbreaking III, and Mending that will allow the pickaxe to slowly mine a block of bedrock, losing all its durability except for 1 point (unless it has a weaker Unbreaking enchantment or has already been used, in which cases it will break completely), and the bedrock block will drop tons of experience and have a small chance of dropping an intact bedrock block, otherwise it will drop the materials that compose bedrock and a crafting recipe will be unlocked to try to reconstruct it
