Well this would be another dimension or actually two linked dimensions. They would be the other over world and the other nether. Lets start with the otherworld this is in similarity to the otherworld but it is from before all the structures were ruined and taken from mankind here all the temples would be surrounded by villages with stone walls where the villagers were like tan pillagers that were hostile if provoked. The ocean monuments would be on islands with seafarers which are a variant of the other villagers also there would be villager outposts. But the biomes were lusher and purple leaves and grass and the hostile mobs included Overgrown a zombie other villagers that was covered in purple vines and growth Earthlings were moss covered humanoids made of dirt and rock similar to a zombie and The warden except it was made of purple growth also all peaceful mobs would be wilder like hogs and if attacked they would all act like wolves do. The advantages here would be New food variants new building materials mob drops for potions or something also a gateway to the othether.
Now the othether would be the nether except there were villager picking settlements with walls and houses and pens of those lava walkers and mounted hoglin heads Also there would be ancient armor horse armor and tools including bows also the invite them selves more commonly only found in chests this armor would stay in the players inventory even after they die also enchanted books for that enchantment.
