How to fix the lag problem of the new version.

They could make the chunks split into two types of high chuncks
 (those of the positive layer) and the low chuncks (chuncks of the negative layer),
 from layer 0 to the new height they will be loaded but when passing the layer -8
 down will not load high chuncks and low chuncks will load until all the way down.
 As the chuncks are not loaded, it would not have because it will affect redstone
 mechanisms or commands and the F3 + G would not change at all, it would be the
 same as always and this option to "split chuncks" could be disabled but with
 a warning.

I have done this with the translator I hope it is well understood xD

  Or do cubic chunks, with load bias in X and Z directions! Though that would require the phasing out of Anvil generation, and I don't know that they want to do that.
