warped nether wart and nether wart block un-crafting

there is a warped nether wart block but no warped nether wart itself (should grow in the warped forest biome, also the normal nether wart should grow in the red forest biome that I forgot the name of). also how come you can't un-craft the nether wart blocks? it makes no sense that you can't un-craft nether wart blocks but you can un craft all other blocks that are made of un-placable items.
