21w16a - Rooted Dirt should convert to dirt more easily

Currently the only way to turn rooted dirt into dirt after obtaining it is to make it into a grass path then break it. It would make sense if the roots could be removed either through exploding it with TNT or lighting the block on fire. Both of these methods would allow for a full-auto dirt maker and take the current *sigh* semi-auto method to the next level.
