Tool Specific Enchants

I believe that there should be some tools with specific enchants, other than swords with sweeping edge, or pickaxes with silk touch. What I think should be added is an enchant specific to something like a netherite pickaxe, or adding a copper set of tools with the purpose of being able to be enchanted in different ways to a standard set of tools.
