Replace some sand with red sand when over a gigantic iron vein

My idea is that if one of the huge iron veins happens to generate underneath any sand, some of it may generate replaced by red sand as a tell. This feature would be similar to how azalea trees are a tell for lush caves. It also makes sense scientifically, as in real life red sand gets it colour through iron-rich minerals.

  If this is added, iron veins should also be rarer if get a surface indicator.
