Heat block in official Minecraft (Not just Education Edition)

Introduction: The heat block already exist in Minecraft Education Edition, but I think it should be added to official Minecraft too. I will write a feature of heat block that already exist, but also new feature.

Details: Place heat block next to wet sponge cause the sponge to dry. Heat block can also cause damage when you touched it like magma block. It can melt snow, powder snow, and layer snow. When ice touched the heat block, the ice will become water. The heat block does not shine. Heat block will usually generated alone, by magma blocks. The heat block can be created by 4 magma blocks. Sometimes spout smoke particles. Hardness :2.5

I think this will be a useful block for next 1.17 mountain survival, and I hope Mojang add this block.
