New category in cape launcher

Hi I have an idea for capes in Minecraft because they are going to add to each cape player my idea is to open such a column in the launcher that it works like the skins column will have such a plus of adding a cape and it allows you to drag your cape file or open it through the files and you have Cape and you can only choose which one you can choose. It is true that you gave the capes to people who did something special but nowadays there are sites that allow you to add a cape to Minecraft for free the same cape you gave them and the problem is that it is not so legal and it is annoying all the time to play this version. Is to make this column of course it is not a problem to create the design of the cape and then take it off and put it on I would really appreciate it :)
