Creepers and flame bows

Creepers should ignite when hit with an arrow from a flame bow.

Being able to snipe creepers from afar to ignite them and blow up surrounding mobs may sound nice, but I don't want to, so it would only make any flame bow completely useless to me.

I would rather have the convenience of being able to kill a creeper from a distance without it blowing up things I've built.
