Nuevo mob

El mob trata de un grifo que tiene las elitras del end. Es decir mi idea es crear un mob para conseguir mas difícil las elitras porque es muy fácil conseguir las elitras. Cuando matas al grifo te puede dropear las elitras o no. Se podrá conseguir, mas fácil si tiene botín en la espadas o en la hacha.
