Back when dogs were first released they where amazing. The idea of taming a mob to be your pet made Minecraft feel so special. Today, wolves are not as exciting as they once where. The most common problem is that wolves are too weak. No one wants to sit there dog up with fear of it dying. Furthermore, Dogs are too slow when realistically they should be faster than the player. Speaking to many of my friends they agree that dogs should have more freedom, they should be able to roam about rather than just following you. Lastly the most important thing of all is that wolves desperately need new skins. Ocelots always had three skins and now they have many more so it asks the question, why don't wolves have skins? There are many ideas on YouTube for how dogs can have new skins. In relation to dogs being weak whether the improvement should be armour or just making dogs stronger, that's up to you to decide but there needs to be changes. Make dogs fun again.
