Nether bug when building up suffocates me to death immediately.

So I was live streaming on my Youtube on Apr 18th 2021 and i ran into this glitch and it killed me TWICE in the nether dimension. When i build straight up, the hit box may have lagged (even when im in a single player world) and it ended up suffocating me in the netherrack. This has only happened in the nether on PS4 edition, aka Bedrock. This is the only way i was able to report this and this can actually be very big of a problem if this happens to other people in the same edition.
