Extract purple substance in crying obsidian to make lingering potions

When you extract the purple do substance that drips from the crying obsidian and put into a bottle it could be used with potions to make it easier for people to get lingering potions.

    You know, I do find this interesting. Perhaps it would be better to place a cauldron below crying obsidian to eventually fill it with whatever this substance is, though. Using a bottle may be too quick. Now whether it should be a way to get dragon breath is a different story. I'm not sure that is a good idea, unless we nix dragon breath altogether (which is fine by me since it's not worth the trouble for how useless the items you make from it are).

    A connection to the ender dragon makes me think of using crying obsidian to build end portals. That'll probably never happen though.
