Ores on rivers and lakes

I'm feeling positive with the ore distribution changes to the recent snapshots and betas. But I think it would be cool if little amount of iron, gold and/or copper will generate below or on the side of rivers and lakes(that is visible on the surface land, like panning for ore in real life)
