New type of ore like ruby or such.

My idea is to add an ore that is very difficult to find, can only be found it under y-0, and once you find one you get a (for example) a ruby fragment. Then to craft it you must surround an emerald with the fragments to get the ingot. It can be added to diamond armor like netherite is, but has its own boosts. It makes weapons and tools like axes and swords swing faster, adds more durability than netherite does, and villagers like it when you're wearing the armor so they give discounts. This way people in survival, hardcore and pvp have to strategize which type of armor and weapons they should use for.
