Remove Firework Explosion Sound Delay

I noticed that fireworks have an intended feature where they have a sound delay aka. the further away they explode from the player the longer it takes for the sound to reach the player. This makes things more realistic but it has always felt very out of place to me considering no other sounds in the game work this way. The TNT/creeper explosion sounds reach the player instantly so why not the firework explosion noise?

    I prefer the idea of making those other noises do the same.
