Make the Spyglass Placeable

To a large part of the community the Spyglass while a nice feature isnt that useful to them thanks to mods such as Oftifine but a simple addition just to give the Spyglass more use would be for the ability to place it as a decoration item and still be able to use it. think of the possiblitys in base design, story telling and adventure maps this little addition could bring. If you have one at your base you wouldnt need to be holding one in your inventory constantly because you can just look out the one you placed right in front of you. This is a small addittion that could possibly have a big impact with how players build their bases.

    This would be a really nice addition to a build I'm working on. It's an old observatory, and this is exactly what I need! I think it would be a nice addition. Plus, since the spyglass already has a 3D block form when you hold it, it would probably look the same placed down as when you are carrying it

    I really really love this idea! Imagine placing down a spyglass to create a viewpoint on top of a mountain cliffside somewhere overlooking your creation. This feels like such a natural addition to the spyglass to make it more than just an optifine zoom replacement.
