Easier blue axolotl's

Can you make it so that the blue axolotl's are easier to get

    Why? It being rare is what makes it special, a extremely rare variant of a Mob is quite cool and makes finding one more exciting

    At least a few percent more frequent would be great. I’ve bred thousands of all combinations of axolotls and still don’t have one
