Adding a new achievement

The new achievement that could be added is flying sniper : kill any mob using a bow and any arrow while using a elytra. I tested doing it myself it was pretty hard even in creative with unlimited fireworks max enchanted bow and no damage when crashing. It would be challenging and increase elytra flying skills and bow aiming skills. It helps you control your elytra better and helps you hit a moving mob or when your moving or both.
