Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Way to keep some items on death without keep inventory

Dying in Minecraft is part of the game. It can be easily recovered from in early game, as you don’t have very valuable items on you. However, in late game, dying can mean losing all of your valuable tools, like a netherite pickaxe! I once lost my netherite to lava, and it despawned. Please make it so you can keep some of your items without keep inventory! This could be: Enchanted book Keep I. These would be a very rare villager trade and unbelievably rare fishing loot! In order to get this book without “gambling”, you would have to go into the underground cabin in the deep dark and open the chest without attracting the warden’s attention! It could have a 1/100 chance of being in a stronghold chest, but in the underground cabin, it has a 1/1 chance of being in the chest and can be loaded along with up to 2 other keep books. This enchantment can be put on all tools and armor, along with shulker boxes and Ender chests. Every time you die using this enchantment on a tool or other item, it causes it to lose 5 percent of the durability. In theory, you can die up to 19 times with a tool or armor, and the same with the ender and shulker boxes, despite having no durability. Useful for an ender adventure and maybe an end update!!!

    I love the idea of a Keep enchantment. But letting villagers sell it at any price is over powered. I love the idea of finding them in chests throughout the world. Especially in harder areas like ancient cities, ender cities, and nether bastions. But putting them in other buildings (ocean monuments, desert temples, jungle ruins, even abandoned villages) would help encourage exploration.

    I’m also thinking the “keep” enchantment should come in levels 1-3. And is reduced by one level each time you die. So dying with a level 3 keep enchanted helmet would respawn with you but with only a level 2 keep enchantment, and dying with a level 1 keep enchanted helmet would respawn with you but without any keep enchantment.
