biome ore variants

Hey, we have Deepslate Ores, raw ores are implemented, so why we dont make Ore variants for caves ?

like when you are in a desert, mesa, etc... the stone ores variants generate, exactly like with the deepslate before the update, so just Make Sandstone <diamond, redstone, etc...> ore.

    Melly Dow, That's because it would have been utterly complex and confusing to a lot of people. It would have certainly had a lot of performance issues. Also if that was the case, then how would the ores change hardness depending on whether they are Deepslate or normal ores?
