An enchantment for pickaxes that pin points a nearby diamond!

Strip mining for diamonds can be tiring sometimes, I think this would be a good way to make finding diamonds easier. But here's the catch, this enchant will be the hardest enchant to find in the game. Ill call this enchantment "Hot Spot". What hotspot basically does is pin point a nearby ore for a count of 5 secs. The cooldown is 30 seconds. i thought this would be cool to add.
