Keyboard & Mouse settings improvement

I'm happy keyboard and mouse controls are in Minecraft PE, but they could use some improving. I don't like having to click and drag to move the camera, and I also don't like how the mouse wheel doesn't change the active hotbar slot. If that could get improved, that'd make me very happy.
