Icicles + Frozen Mountain Cave Biome

Icicles : A form of stalactite that are made of ice instead of stone. They can only generate naturally in the world and when fire is too close to them (including torches) it will cause them to melt and fall. They only generate in frozen caves, and can be picked up using silk touch (They can only be played on ice, packed ice or blue ice blocks) Frozen Mountain Caves : Frozen Mountain Caves only generate in mountain biomes, and are usually made of a ice, snow and stone. The only ores that generate in them are emeralds and coal and these caves are also home to Icicles, which hang from the ceilings of some parts of the caves, and when melted or broken can drop down onto players below them.
