Hello, i'm not going to lie this is going to be more of a complaint than anything
So, recently i was playing with my friends minecraft and everything was actually fine and we had fun together and in the end we went to sleep.
Unfortunately right on the next day we were eager to go play again, but to my surprise for some reason i wasn't able to enter on my account while my friends had no problem. I tried to go to the website and login into my account there, but it said that my email or password were invalid, which was really strange since i played on it the day before.
Not knowing much i decided to click on "i forgot my password", but to no avail since i didn't receive any email to change the password at all. So i decided to go check the support articles that could have something to do with this and tried everything that was there, but it didn't work. That's where i contacted Mojang customer support and applied for a ticket in the expectation to get my problem fixed.
I received the generic email with the ticket number and in it saying for me to check some articles that could help me, which is quite normal. But the problem isn't that, it's the fact that quite some time already passed and i still didn't get any reply to help me. I tried as well to go to the customer support twitter to talk with someone there, but only got an automated message. But in there i was able to see that there's more people with the same problem as me that are waiting for way longer, some over 6 months now.
