Why too expensive is unfair and confusing

I was trying to make the perfect armor in bedrock edition ,netherite helmet ,prop 4,thorn 3,unbrake 3,and then trying to add my book of resp 3,mending,etc.then boom too expensive

    It makes sense to me. "Perfect" armor should not be easy to get in any way shape or form.
