Patches of stone should generate between -16 to 0

to match the patches of deepslate generating between 0 to 16, there should be patches of stone generating between -16 to 0. It would make the transition a lot smoother than it already is.

    Maybe only 8?
    Stone patches between -8 to 0
    Deepslate patches between 0 to 8
