Magic update

I just think that minecraft could use a little more magic, and mundane and thick potions need a use aswell. Another thing that I thought was that maybe covens of witches could spawn, a bit like pillager scout patrols. And yes, I know nobody wants too much crazy spells and stuff, so maybe some rituals with cauldrons and bookshelf magic.
