Mountaintop reward for the 1.17 update!

Hello! We all know about the new update, and one part of that update has a new mountain biome. It's cool, but if you get to the top then there is only great views and that's it. (Maybe the goat will show up but thats all) This is the caves and cliffs update so I think that it would be balanced and fun to have a new ore to look for. Here is what it would do and how to find it:

-First, go to the top of a mountain I think that it is called "lofty peaks" correct me if I'm wrong.

-Next, Mine all around if you see calcite then mine on it I think that the ore will spawn by them.

-Last, grab a gold armor or weapon or tool put it in a smithing table with the ore and then you got the Frozen Gem armor or tools or weapon. (thats the name I have for the ore, can be changed) 

Let me tell you about a few more thing about it. When you break the Frozen Gem ore you get a raw gem which if put in the crafting table in a straight line of three you get the Frozen Gem ingot. If you put a gold tool, weapon or armor in the smithing you get the Frozen Gem armor, weapon, or tool. The durability is better then diamond but not as good as netherite. You can break it with diamond pick only. I think that the sword would freeze mobs for a 2 or 3 seconds. Kills fire mobs faster. And the full set of armor would make you fire proof. The color of the ingot would be Aqua. I don't know how mountains spawn in the world maybe they're a bit rare? What do you think about this?
