12-eye end portals should make completion sound when worlds are created!

As naturally spawned 12-eye end portals are extremely rare, it would be good to know if one spawned in your world. It would be priceless knowledge for speedrunners and would just be cool to know for casual players!

So, I propose that when a world is created, if a 12-eye portal is in the world, the sound that plays when you complete the end portal should play. It's an easy way to let the player know that they got insanely lucky!

    would be cool  but there are 128 portals per world so chances that youd find it are slim

    It's just that are many strongholds with portals, it would be cool, but it wouldn't help at all because it could be the nearest as well as the furthest one.
