Nearly one out of every sixteen piglin bartering trades involve water, either water bottles or potions of fire resistance. The question is, from where do they get it? Water disappears immediately in the Nether, and if the piglins ever went topside, they would turn into zombies. So where do they get it?
Here's my idea. Have an extremely rare block of Saturated Sandstone that only generates in the Nether. It's basically water-logged sandstone. Players cannot create it, it is only generated. If broken, it drops sandstone and water -- which immediately evaporates. If you put a stalactite under it, it can drip into a cauldron. This setup on rare occasions could generate in or near bastions providing piglins with their limited source of water.
This could be limited to bastion generation. Or the block could occasionally generate elsewhere allowing players to set up vegetable farms or potion brewing stations in the Nether.
