Smooth Basalt & Tuff Variants

Since tuff generates in patches now, tuff needs to have stairs, slabs, and polished version of it. Smooth basalt also should have a stair and slab variant because all the smooth variants have stairs and slab versions.

    With having Iron Ore veins, the amount of tuff I have accumulated is incredible. But since there are no stairs or slabs, the many double chests worth of tuff is pretty useless for building. This is definitely needed in order to make it usable.
