Johnny's tag for all mobs

It seems to me it is worth adding the Johnny tag for all mobs, just making them fight each other with a snowball is not very good ... And therefore I suggest the Johnny tag for all mobs except passive ones, it is not necessary to add a name tag.

I would prefer the NBT "AngryAt" tag for all mobs (the target's UUID as the tag value)

No... for ALL mobs, even passive! >:)
