Cooper As Iron Replacement

I think copper should be an optional replacement for iron in some recipes such as chains and mine-cart rails. This wouldn’t change the texture of the block it would just make decorative blocks a bit easier to make. But I think the biggest change with this would be for the blast furnace because if you could use copper on it instead of iron it would be way more useful and maybe even speed runners could use it.
