Currently sculk sensors detect all vibrations while they can output certain frequencies there isn't a way to stop it from detecting other frequencies causing a delay which would stop it from picking up the frequency that you want. so a potential solution for that could be powering the sculk sensor.
The way it would work is similar to the output of the sculk sensor but now using it as a input where if you power the sculk sensor with a certain single strength it will only be able to pick up the vibrations of that single strength (so for example if you power it with single strength 13 it would only be able to pick up the vibrations of Block Destroy, Fluid Pickup). This way you will be able to choose which vibrations you want to detect and even have it change automatically using a redstone contraption.
