Xp Storage System With Crystals and Xp Bottles

I think it would make crystals useful and give people a way to store XP with a new block.

It would act almost like a chest for Xp but you would click on it and ALL your XP will go into it. It could only hold a certain amount of XP and anyone who clicks on it with a bottle would get a certain amount of the XP in it.

  That seems like an awesome idea but seems a bit op what if you had to get amethyst shards to make it and a bottle o canting.
