Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Get Petrified Wood Set from Archeology

When performing Archeology, there would be a chance of encountering a new wood set, the "Petrified Wood" set. Visually, it looks identical to the oak wood set and include logs, planks, slabs, stairs, door, trapdoors, fences, fence gates, etc. But all of it will be uninflammable and require a pickaxe instead of an axe to break. The doors and trapdoors would function identically to Iron.

This suggestion adds a legitimate way of obtaining the petrified oak slab in a new world created after 1.3.1

    petrified wood was legit only added as a way to make sure old slabs wouldn't get deleted in old worlds, it was never supposed to actually be used
