A world converter compatible with all minecraft world formats

I recently tried to play my old PS3 world on my phone. But without third-party services, it‘s not possible. So it would be great if there was an app for phone and PC which allows you to convert your world from and to any world format.

  Better yet, A world format that is compatible with both versions.
