(Water Exposure) Enchantment for a sword.

So "Water Exposure" is an enchantment for swords when hit by the sword = drowning effect (maybe water bubbles on your screen) That drowning effect may last 2 seconds and do the damage of normal drowning.

I got this idea because I thought of the fire aspect, and I also thought about Endermen. I would love for this to get added to the game.

Great idea, maybe you could also have nether mobs such as magma cubes and blazes be more susceptible to it and mobs that can't be drawned such as the drawned mob or a guardian take no additional damage. Also maybe it could not be allowed with fire aspect to make for an interesting decision on with one to enchant your sword with.
