Allow for Amplified Terrain in Regular Worlds

I think it would be really cool if amplified terrain had the chance to spawn in regular worlds, but it would be EXTREMELY RARE. Even more rare than Mooshroom Islands if necessary. I know performance is a possible concern, but if that could be worked around somehow I think it's a good idea. Amplified terrain would be really exciting to find, and exploring it is a unique experience..
