Item Frame Block Sharing

You should be able to put an item frame underneath or within the same block area as other blocks that only take up part of a block. An example of this is being able to place a candle on top of an item frame that is placed facing upwards on a block without the item frame breaking. This would provide more creativity in the small detail in builds which would be a great addition to the ever-changing 1.17 snapshot.
