When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Turbine block

There is no sort of movement block except for pistons so there should be turbine blocks

 

A type of Redstone block that pushes mobs, items, the player, and gravity-affected blocks (e.g sand, gravel) except for anvils. The more Redstone signal In the turbine block the more further it pushes (Redstone signal = 1 > 1 block turbine radius) They should be crafted with five iron ingots to make the turbine and then using the turbine surround it with eight iron ingots to make a turbine block.

    Maybe the turbine block emits a redstone singnal if there’s water passing through it
