Commit Custom Features to the game.

Hello! I had this great idea that could bring all the Minecraft communities together. What if you could Commit an idea or even code. Then Staff could use the code or ideas and form an update to everyone's liking! I feel like this could help out the staff in so many ways, it would also give players the chance to give their idea and even try to develop them into working, to possibly having a chance to make it into the game.
