Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Placeable crop blocks, accessible in creative inventory.

Yes, I'm aware that you could just plant the seeds and bone meal the crop, but that's dreadfully tedious and would take an eternity if you were making a massive field. This would be a nice quality of life change that I feel would make building farms or decorating fields in creative far more convenient. All crop blocks and their stages would be put in the decoration blocks section of the creative inventory, saving plenty of time that would otherwise be spent hovering over the seeds and using an autoclicker to bone meal.
