Smoke Inhalation

When you get too close to a campfire or fire you should get a bar of little smoke clouds below your hearts bar. It will slowly go down, kind of like the drowning bar, and when it gets all the way down, you'll slowly lose health. I think this would be different with fires and campfires. Campfires would make it go down somewhat slowly and fire somewhat fast.
