Silver Ender pearls

An ender pearl which can teleport not only the player that throws the pearl, but also any other players and mobs in a certain radius of that player. If you were trying to teleport other players, they would have to be in sneak mode to get teleported along with the player who threw the pearl. This could have many uses: Firstly it could be a fun addition to multiplayer scenarios, as it presents an element of teamwork. For example if players need to reach other locations, it gives them the chance to depend on each other to get there. Secondly, it could help with transporting mobs from place to place, such as animals and especially villagers. Instead of spending countless hours lugging villagers from one place to the other using a boat in a frustrating fashion, you could more easily take them with you using these ender pearls, putting aside any frustration. It would also come with difficulties. Such as when you launch the pearl, to get out of a hairy situation, you would want to make sure there are no dangerous mobs around you, so that you don't simply take the danger with you. The pearl could be crafted by combining an ender pearl with a ghast tear, because those are relatively hard to obtain, and they could be silver coloured to go along with the ghast tear idea. The name could certainly use some thought, but I think this would make a wonderful addition to the game, and I would love to be able to use it one day :)
