In Game Resource Pack Creator

Instead of using websites like Tynker, there would be a button under the skin editor button called "Resource Packs" You could then select "Create Resource Pack" or "Import Resource pack" When you create a resource pack you can select "Add Block or Item" and then select an item or block and retexture it. There could also be a button called "Create New Block" that allows you to add a new block to the game. When you are done you can select "Done" and then give it a name and description. You can then select "Export" or "Apply" I think this would be more convenient when making Minecraft resource packs because you would not have to go to a website and download it.
